GDTK has a new breakthrough alternative energy (Waste to energy). It has 6 existing projects with PG&E. It has been struggling as a start up company to get financed. Recently, it created a JV with a European company with a $23M financing deal to start the operation.

I believe, once operation started the stock will fly. Stock structure is not that great but the Company is way undervalued. No RS expected due to the recent financing activity.
