anyon in mtdx.pk...i know pink sheet...they have agreed to buyout for 3.12....yet stock trades at 1.45....to get buyout shareholders of record in mid may have to approve the buyout.

they have accepted 5 million in down payment....am i missing something or is this a quick double.???!!!!

biph...long and overweighted...my target is 4 with announcement...then re form base and by end of year could reach ten as we get new exchange, more exposure and nanotech hype...in addition to more deals.
