Business acumen includes communication skills

Like Rayburn (Speaker of the House/Roosevelt adnministration)said-"the more you say, the more you have to explain " A CEO is not obligated to reveal all to the public. The 8Q pertains to significant events. Who determines significant-the CEO, through the board.
