Oh, regarding warm weather for Mike...

Store up some from now. I don't think we've gone below 80 in 2 months. Mid to upper 90's, during the day, and mid to upper 80's, at night. Averages keep getting higher each year in the summer, and lower in the winter. Was thinking of moving to Neptune.
