I don't have all the ins and outs, but this how I see it:

TPL and PTSC have been fighting over the patents for years. That is now over, and they have agreed to work together ( it is a $200B market - enough for everybody ). They will share revs while TPL will manage the patents ( which our now joint ownership ). That is they will do the dirty work, while PTSC persues its business plan without expensive distraction.

What we don't know is the details of that agreement, which we should learn in an 8K this week. Thats important, because it will define the size of their piece of the pie.

I may not have it right, so correct me if I am wrong, anybody.
