Doing things yourself can be very efficient and effective and yield the highest return, but a time comes that this method will drag you down. I will put into analogies that Mr. Thompson may be able to understand.

KBLB is a lady tiger, and KBLB has been raised from birth by one trainer (KIM), but as the lady tiger grows, and its claws get bigger, the trainer is unable to independently train the lady tiger and its demands become too large for the trainer to successfully manage.

So the Trainer hires a cook/dietition, to take care of preparing meals for the tiger, he also hires an assistant to help with the training, and with all of these new hires, the trainor realizes he needs to take his hobby raising a lady tiger and earn money to support his staff that is necessary to keep the lady tiger happy. So he hires one final person, a person to facilitate selling this well trained lady tiger to the world. That person gets the word out, markets it, collects admission, and looks to finding a larger place for the well trained lady tiger and their show.

Moral of the story, the trainer is good at one thing training the lady tiger, he gets others that are great in thier respective areas.

Now here is what is actually happening in the same analogy. the trainer is saying to everyone, here, you and your friends can view the tiger for free, if you can provide me food to feed the tiger, or if you can help me train the tiger. But that doesnt get the lady tiger a show, there is no admissions being paid to see the tigers tricks, its still just a well trained lady tiger that others have now made their hobby in taking care of.
