Interactive Brokers currently does not have any more "Shortable Shares" of KATX to offer on their website. So at least someone is Publicly betting on lower PPS.

BTW .012 is about where myself and a few others have set for more accumulation... unless we have to buy into some kind of a run, but that's not too bad either.
