i saw that also, tortman, and it is confusing. My thoughts are its not finalized because of two things primarily. First, the state of incorporation is not yet moved to Nevada as is called for in the agreement and, secondly, there was a post recently by PhilCheeze in which Crittendon said that they were still working on some details but he thought it would be finalized soon.
