Final, I read PTSC 10Q a couple times, the 10Q mentioned this part too. Moore case is very important for PTSC to pursue the lawsuits. I think this has opened the door for PTSC, and now PTSC and Moore can go ahead to get money from some of these rich Janpanse chip makers or even DELL/HP etc...
