So I am assuming anti-trust authority would question them as it may likely curtail entry of competition in case of Copaxone.

That's a different topic, isn't it?

Besides contractual agreement with NVS may also preclude such an acquistion before MNTA completes their share of the agreement(which is development and regulatory work for generic copaxone)..
