HEY!!! Have you guys done the math on this yet????

It sounds like they are placing a value on the shares that works out to be $3 for every 625 shares.... or $0.0048 per share. That is what?? about 400% ABOVE current value?

I'm just a average Joe newbie, so my apologies in advance if I'm way off on this.
