Folks it is good to see this letter from the local government showing their support for this project as it has been some time since we have heard where they stand on this. What we need to hear now is something solid, some information on project financing or a start of construction.
Company leadership please show us something of substance not just words and websites. Give us a clear understanding of how you believe this project has a chance of succeeding. There is definitely a very long way to go but I am slightly more optimistic after reading that letter.
