I AM an eternal optimist piano :)
but in the case of BRZL, the optimism does not spring forth from sheer hope but rather from some exceptional DD put forth by several of our esteemed members here. all that DD points at three things:
1) that BRZL- RE are legit companies, PLUS no p & d stuff here.
2) there is vast potential for producing oil from the leased properties.
3) the CEO- JR- is a comptetent, well connected oil man with impeccable record.
