I'd rather they just get it over with and release it all at once. Let the pps drop to a penny and announce the end of dilution-then everyone would buy like mad knowing the dilution was over. I would.
Waiting till the pps goes up only brings it down slowly and everyone watches their investment shrink-just like it's been doing almost 10% daily. Not good for those who buy on the runs and it enourages flippers. And worse-encourages trying to perdict the bottom.
Just release it all at once-the pps drops but only temporarily, then watch the pps shoot up and stay up.
Thats just my opinion. But companies never know how much they will need so they bleed out the authorized shares as they need the cash. What can we do but just just make the best informed decisions we can with the info we have. Thats the gamble of penny land. The big boy stocks warn their share holders about releasing more shares and what they will do with the cash. OTC companies don't have to do that. Sucks.
