Our sister company TLPH of which UAMA now NYTEX has a significant holding made an interesting form 4 filing. George sold 1.8 million shares indirect. The share price of TLPH has not really changed from .019 for some time. His sell was for .04. I suspect we ( nytex ) or maybe peraonally one of our managers, has just got rid of soneone they did not like.

I would love to know if NYTEX bought them, and what our owning is.
