I'm interested in this stock however the claims that Kodiak are now in control of pps and that .14 is required for them to get their money are confusing me. Where is the DD that states that Kodiak has in fact received their shares? According to the most recent filing, FLTT does not have enough shares available to make the 15 million draw possible without issuing more (Increasing AS). This screams dilution until these shares are no longer flooding the market. Sweetfltt you seem to be the one spearheading this board, what can you or anyone else show me that will prove this stock isn't going to continue to be diluted?
