Take a look at Pg. 9 and read item (vii). It says that 500,000,000 common shares will be issued to a private investor. Obviously, there would be no legal way to issue 500,000,000 shares if the AS was only 5,000,000. So, what we have are two statements that indicate the AS will remain at 5 Billion; and only one that indicates otherwise. Plus, it is easy to see how a secretary could inadvertently leave off three 0s.

Beyond that, logic says that it wouldn't make any sense to reduce the AS by the same ratio as the OS. What is to be gained? If CGI is going to up list to the OTCQB, the PPS doesn't matter one bit. Nor is the PPS a concern in becoming SEC compliant and fully reporting. And, such a reduction in OS would leave precious little room for the new company to raise capital.

it will be interesting to see how this plays out. i would imagine that the insiders are mortified that this info got out before the merger was complete.
