Oil down to $78 and change....If we had a strong dollar$ like when Bush and Reagan were President, oil would be down to $40 per barrel or even less....
If we had a strong dollar$ + drilling in the U.S.A. for oil? Oil per barrel would DROP TO $10 per barrel from OPEC.... But the democrats will allow NEITHER!
