Who CARES? The downside risk increases with a R/S & if folks aren't buying
it now for $0.0002 why would they buy it for $0.10.

The only saving grace I see here is if Cali Grapes has some
SERIOUS revenue numbers & a good strong cash flow that they are
bringing to the table. That is the wild card.

But that is a BIG ?


I strongly & respectfully recommend looking at historical data
for R/S-- not good!!
