I think they have enough land and should start doing something with it IMO instead of releasing PR after PR about acquiring new lands....we get it already. Do they even have financing to build these properties out, or do they plan on just diluting and buying more land in the hopes they can sell it for a profit? The August 5th PR was the most worthless PR I've seen. I've been in and out of this thing a few times and its a head scratcher....The thing that sticks out to me were the HUGE levels of volume on this thing compared to other stocks at the same price, yet it never went up.
At this rate we are YEARS from any profitability unless they throw a hail mary and someone bites. I dont see them getting a premium for their land as they don't have a leg to stand on to negotiate with.
How about they sell the holdings they have now so they have some resources to work with?
It feels like this company is selling shares, taking our money and buying land, selling more shares and taking more of our money to buy more land, and that's it. When does it end? When does an actual company start doing something? Crap I'm pretty sure some of us in the room could start a company that takes peoples money and buys land with it!
Does anyone know for sure just how much dilution we have endured? HOLDING, and likely HOLDING a POS.
