fastlizzy -- which is why I use terms such as "Christo-fascists" or "Christianists" (or more generally, "theo-fascists", which also includes e.g. their extremist fundamentalist twins the Islamists) to distinguish them from mainstream Christians
just as was the case with Hitler and the Nazis, they do identify as Christians, and they are what they are -- it would be very helpful if (many) more of the mainstream Christians would clearly and strongly speak out against them and their beliefs and condemn them for the profound evil that they and their beliefs so manifestly constitute
