Anytime there's a run, traders want to get in cheaper @ the bid, which keeps on bringing the sp down, & they set their buys low.
Either way, GOIG will break out soon, as I mentioned yesterday, IMO. I was pleasantly surprised to see this bounce today as volatile as the market is right now.
