I dont have any info related to that letter, but I did confirm it with BROK mamangement, who said they had also received a phone call from NIJ apologizing for the situation. As I mentioned before, it is believed that the competitor on the Board of NIJ has been a hindrance to the process, but through other channels they have been in touch with, it is no longer an issue. Recently, I know that BORK has upped the level of company personnel that are seeing this through NIJ very closely.
