Well according to *some* Kendrick was the CEO *in waiting* for the *COH* to reach a *certain* level. Just don't know how reliable that *information* was since it came from a *source* that also provided many of the conspiricy theories that have followed this scam like a plague of locusts on a cornfield!!

If he wasn't able to approve checks and payments he might be in the clear here and if I was him I would get out of Dodge so fast that it would leave a vapor trail behind me and get as far from this scam as possible. I don't think that JD and Glenn are going to be so lucky and the onlly advice that I can think of that will be helpful to them would be a reminder not to drop the soap in the shower in prison.
