they are an unregistered co. on the OTC

what has long been promised is full transparency
however a sequence of events impacted every level

that said .. <and this 3 year investor in the co.
actually would prefer them to go *private*> i find
it hard to believe that mgmt would hold a SM on 9/22
and not deliver on fy 2010 .. fy 2011 <Q1 and Q2 due
in mid august> as well as what i believe to be the
true catalyst on this co. .. what is held and by whom

strongly suspect the float is 1 BILLION vs the 100M
back 2 years ago .. when the stock's run was *skillfully*
orchestrated .. not once but twice with the *requisite*
blame on mgmt

the money was made .. the turn was in and the march to
the cellar was underway .. calling cards were left however

it's been one long brutal 20 + months for all expo investors

as i've said an end date is known ~
