To me, this part says there should still be revs we haven't seen yet from the 3 contracts/projects in China as they finish and close them out. Hard to know what to expect, but a least something, IMO.

Following the merger with 3Power Energy Group and as stated above, Seawind Services will complete its existing external contract commitments and move to become the internal provider of EPC/engineering/project management/operations and maintenance services to 3Power Energy Group. No further external contracting engagements with third parties will be sought in the general market by Seawind Services."

In early July, we had the official change from Seawind Services to 3Power Project Services. I would dare to bet the "external commitments" have been satisfied...
