This is becoming comical now, 16 bil? And I thought after Ottens maxed out the 7.5 bil he would get his shit together or even a r/s, now he goes and authorizes another 8.5 bil shares. I guess he'll sell those at .00000001 to raise capital. LOL . I dont see this ever getting back above .0001-.0002 range anytime soon and likely never barring a r/s. Glad I got out months ago when I did. Things just keep getting worse.
