Name one development stage company with little to no existing equity that can get a traditional bank loan. You are incorrect in your assumption. 99.9% of start-up research and development companies have to turn to VC companies to get the required funding to pay for their day to day expenses. This is exactly what kblb has done with their agreement with CSC. Why did they go to them? Simple answer.....they did not have any other options. Its done, the contract has been signed and the shares have been registered. You keep saying and hinting that it is an under the table shady deal. CSC buys the shares at a 20% discount...seems fair because they are taking the risk. Do you think they like seeing the pps drop....I can almost guarantee if we made a put at the beginning of the month the large blocks of shares being sold last week were coming from them.....so they may have broke even with their discount. I agree with you and do not like the attachment of our IR guy to CSC. I understand though why CSC wants him there....he is their insurance that kblb doesn't pump the stock to artificially raise the pps prior to kblb putting in a put order. They have to have some control over that so they are not being fed shares that they would loose money on. I have not seen any evidence that CSC is holding their shares. A quick call to the TA shows that the outstanding shares are increasing monthly at a pace that reflects that CSC is selling and not holding. The recent S-1 filing should have brought a lot of clarity to how Kim is handling this line of credit. Out of 63,600,000 shares approved for the original agreement Kim only used a little over 11,000,000 shares. That seems very responsible, doesn't it? When are you going to acknowledge this? Take your blinders off....please....this CSC deal has been turned inside out and prodded and poked from all angles..... and you know what? All of the so called negatives of the CSC line of credit were put out their for the whole world to see....all you have to do is read the filings Kim did with
