That doesn't make any sense for two reasons:

1. The conversions are done by a 3rd party, not by FEEL.
2. If an R/S were going to occur (which it is not), the conversions would be prorated based on the pre-R/S share structure.

You've scared several newbies with your R/S talk. Please do not speculate without any basis.
