I love this sentence. ,,, "a non-binding Letter of Intent ["LOI"] to explore the acquisition" ,,,so it is not for real and it is only to look at the possiblilities...so in other words, aghd has signed an agreement to look at something (but they really don't have to look at it, because it is non binding), and if they look at it and don't like it, it doesn't matter because it was only intent and it was not binding.....lol hahahahaha
