I hope your assessment is right...but it means nothing without confirmation of financing. Right now, this company needs it in the worst way to keep it's mines going and operational.

SUGO has everything going for it -current mining rights, a low O/S, and a great float. And we should be in pennies right now as a base. But without investor confidence - well, you see the result.
