Keep in mind, this is all IMO. Weiss is technically still the CEO until Jim takes over by default in December, per the SEC filings. However, Weiss now only owns a small percentage of BRZL since he sold most of the shares to JR. So, BRZL is in limbo, with a "CEO" who has no interest in the company, and this probably explains why we haven't seen filings or news.
