The USPTO website has no such patent listed. A search of CIPO has no patent listed. Search terms: JBI, John Bordynuik, Bordynuik.

JBI has a patent related to its Data Business, for the recovery of tape information.

If someone can find this, please post the link. If not - is it a blatant lie in the 10K/A?
