Sphi I remind you I go by who CEO was and BOD when dilution was authorized and only ones who could. That was not Jeff as CEO or 50% of BOD. He had the same power to increase a/s and dilute but choose not to. That is what sets him apart from Dean and Joe. With them all we saw is dilution and price dropping. Until Joe came in to fight Jeff as CEO o/s stayed the same and price stayed over what it was Sept 2010 when Jeff became CEO. Anyone who thinks we are better off with Joe as CEO vs Jeff seems to ignore he was only CEO were o/s didn't go up and price didn't go down while he was CEO. That doesn't make him a great CEO or savior but does make him IMO better then Dean or Joe.
