Oh no, believe me I get it & understand fully. There has to be
a reason for the apparent inefficiency particularly with this
stock so the question becomes simple, is this a(n):

Undervalued stock that will eventually find it's proper valuation?

OR

Perfectly valued, as is (for whatever reason)!


I don't see how a determination can be made that it ISN'T undervalued according to the information we have, & hence my
question to you; namely, how do you know? On another note, there
is also no compelling reason to take risk here & BUY, yet!!

However, this stock does go on the watchlist imv & we follow how
it goes. GL2U.
