Got it figured out. Something I overlooked since HFBG is non-marginable. I have other penny stocks that I could place an order for and that was throwing me off. It's all cool, I wasn't saying Ameritrade would not trade the stock, I was saying I couldn't.

Goes back to the same thing I said before, HFBG's DTC status prevents alot of things to include marginable status.
