I see the stock at least 5 cents within 90 days. There will be more accumulation between here and 2 cents before the next move. Remember the float is very modest at 40 million shares, and much of that, tightly held.

The oil terminal sits at the Marcellus Shale and is a few feet from the Susquehanna River. The pipeline that this terminal used was owned by Sunoco. The Beach haven terminal was in the Sunoco annual report for many years as a hub for oil take off distribution.

This play is in alternative energy as well as it seems that biofuel strategy is being discussed there. Natural gas, biofuel, waste water extraction and cleaning( 'fraking the rock'-fracturing- as the NatGas people call it)and a lot more here.

I see this stock at .20 in a year.
