This is mostly true. Enable Capital could change that though.
What I find most disturbing is the constant underbidding of the ask.
Seems to me most accumulation is at the bid, which in my mind
leads to a decreasing PPS. A symbol change from FBCD would change everything, verifying all doubts that the "company" is real and the payments are in fact being made.
There is without doubt a major holder manipulating the trading each day. My question is why does that trader keep the price under 0.02.
Without any firsthand knowledge of that traders motives, it might be that since accumulation is high, a major run may be in order.
Of course this is speculation and it may still be the scam that I initially believed it was.
EDIT: It also could be a strategy to accumulate as many
as possible under 0.02. Just a theory.
