Hello fellow traders!

Just jumped on to this board today. Have been reading thru the posts and DD here.

I have about $10k freed-up to invest.

Is this a good entry point?

With the filings coming out this week or next, should I hold off?

Does anyone have a rough time-line on this stock's pps?

I am new to trading and penny stocks so I apologize in advance if my questions seem ignorant...
