I would say later than sooner, IMO. Take your time getting in, IMO. SW not in a hurry to do anything and has other priorities. Legal battles and JR not in a hurry to do anything, even if he can (doubtful). This could stay like this (nothing happening in terms of pps) until at least Nov/Dec, IMO, and by then shit can hit the fan as well...no funds raised, no deal, no merger, JR doesn't become CEO as planned etc...ball will barely get rolling by Dec IMO. No evidence to the contrary here. Evidence that pipelines have issues, need work, etc, besides monies need to be raised and legal battles...really not a lot of reason to expect anything to happen for a good few months longer, and the question is to what abyss we may sink to continually (other than minor fluctuations) until then. Hoping for the best though...just not seeing much reason to rush in and sad for me that I already bought higher on anticipation of action from past PR's, a decision woefully mistaken based on last released public info. Nice speculative buy, but be patient, for newbies, yet I wish I'd have waited to get in around these times, albeit shrewdly, having sold off higher, but I held having drank the kool aid previously. While I am jealous/negative that I found this before any of you, yet you get in lower than me, I try to be a "noble person" and at least say ok you are getting in before me, avoid my mistakes, trust me this has gone nowhere but lower, and this has no reason to go up very high anytime soon IMO, but I hope I am wrong, but otherwise take your time and get in way better than me while I lose money, am losing money and am in the hole for a long while to come, yet you can profit here and faster even as a newbie. I don't like it, but it's truth. Hear me. Perhaps better to just stay away, but I am holding, hoping for a miracle...I don't expect to happen, if it ever does, until at least Nov/Dec. My opinion.
