I just hope that PGIE is not being diluted with the owner issueing a tone of unregistered shares in all these deals and agreements. If he is and then those shares get dumped on the open market, shareholders would become bag holders for life if the SEC ever got involved and put this on the chill list.

Lets see what Monday brings but if this tanks in the .001 level, one has to wonder...
