Thousands of procedures using adult stems cell derived from fat tissue or bone marrow which are mesenchymal stem cells or healing type cells they help but are not as active as embryonic cells where you need to grow tissue like in the eye , think of mesenchymal cells as a cell which tells the area that is in need of help to start healing , embryonic cells are cells that simply grow new tissue in the damaged area quickly .
