He is wrong with that comment.Volatility will not change.Also the uplisting itself won't do anything for the pps.Financials that are good is the only thing that can really push this thing up although for the short term it will rise on the speculation of the financials coming out and being good.Also the acquisition is needed.Just keeping it real here.
