Why would RKT hurt JBII in any way? They agree to a partnership and then subterfuge JBII's efforts by giving them crap to work with??? Ultimately they will get fuel below market costs and a huge PR oppurtunity by telling the world about their green initiatives (how many freakin' commercials have we seen about going paperless etc.). I think you'll see a lot of co-operation from RKT, if it works for them they'll only save more money on additional sites.
