Of course there is...

1.If Bush had eight consecutive years of budget deficits and

2. If Bush had eight consecutive increases in the national debt and

3. If Bush got tax cuts passed in 2001 and 2003 and

4. If Bush engaged in two wars that were largely either illegal or unfunded and

5. If unemployment rose nearly every month for the last two years of the Bush second term and

6. If the Bush tax cuts were extended for two more years and

7. If Bush passed a Medicare Prescription Drug law that was unfunded and

8. If Bush passed TARP legislation that made banks whole but not unemployed or foreclosed people and

9. If Boehner claims that he got 98% of what he wanted in the recent debt reduction legislation....

...at what point do you contend that this is Obama's economy? The stimulus that you claim failed may have done so because your guys were too timid to make it what it should have been (even though it created or saved over 3MM jobs).

Why is it Republicans have this "on his watch" mentality when it comes to presidencies OTHER than those of white Republicans? Bush doubled the national debt; Obama has not. Bush lied about the necessity to invade a sovereigh nation; Obama has not.

Bush's annual promotion of home ownership exascerbated the mortgage problems, yet he gets no "credit" for that exascerbation. It's as if he didn't exist and Obama is responsible for not only his own 2.5 years but also Bush's 8.

Hard to believe that any of you claim any reasonable education this side of your radios, and that certainly doesn't qualify. So, if Boehner got 98% of what he wanted, it's his economy now, like it or not.
