Carlton Johnson was picked for COB because he got the most votes

Sorry but that is wrong. Carlton Johnson was announced as the COB to the surprise of everyone at the shareholders meeting. There was no vote! The experienced board didn't even know they had to send out a PR announcing it. In essensce they gave whoever was at the meeting information before the public which is a clear violation. These are the people we are counting on to bring us to the finish line. Over eight years and nothing to show for it to date but broken promises and mistakes. All imo.
