Not being confrontational just something to think about...

What if Val knew of all these shares and didn't want the pps to do what it did when it hit over a penny..? every decent run has been slapped down with massive selling... the evidence shows that Val isn't diluting for his own personal gain, if he was do you really think his car would have been seized? As has been pointed out Val has other tax related issues and has other side sales businesses (assuming to cover his monthly bills).

I am starting to think that Val isn't entirely responsible for the decline in the pps.. yes his silence has contributed but maybe the 100s of millions of shares illegally(yet to be confirmed) issued by previous execs has more to do with it. Maybe those previous execs thought the same as many others and decided to dump their shares..

Being that MDGC isn't a fully reporting company it is really difficult to know what is truly going on.. but entertaining all thoughts good and bad is wise.
