Did they add or deduct? I see the 85M shares @1, yesterday was 95M. I do not see any further.

Why will they cancel 14B? who's shares will be cancelled? They just issued these 20B, I think they are restricted and for steirwave JV deal. It is just about a right value $2M (10%)to the investment banker.

But in all cases the company's value is more than the $4M book value, considering the projects they have. It is funded with $23M (5X), then for sure the profit is much more.
