and has generally one goal .. to dilute the share holders while paying their salaries and expenses with share holder money..

Ya see puppy, the word generally becomes a potential problem with your statement. It seems many people rightfully so in most cases, lump each and every penny stock into the same barrel given 99% of them are established to bilk shareholders out of their money, but there are some exceptions to that rule. Is WNBD one of those exceptions, or are they simply on par with the others. I believe in depth DD, established growth/relationships to date, open transparency, and potential for success leads me to believe they are an exception. The only common denominator between WNBD and other pink issues is the fact they dilute common shares. The differences between WNBD and other pink issues are too numerous to list, but let's get to the dilution issue. Other pink stocks dilute relentlessly, and the shareholders have no idea where the capital raised is going. More than likely for an extravigant life style for the CEO, and vacations to exotic locations. With WNBD, the finalcials show where funds are being spent, and growth in the future will determine if they were spent wisely or not. Unless Eric's favorite vacation destination is his office in WNBD headquarters I would say he is rather frugal with company funds.
