I didn't buy my shares until late Nov of last year, so after the whole RS.........Just a thought.......Maybe your broker and report are "seeing" the D suffix digit removal, "wrongly".......I have seen on several different RS things that I've been through, that the day of removing the D, the stock starts trading as if it's brand "new", or at zero dollar value, until the first buy or sell happens. Most chart and news websites seem to do the same thing, and purge all previous news and chart info, as if the stock has been "reborn". I even had one RS, where it remained frozen like that(at "no value"), for several weeks into the "D add" period, simply because nobody would touch the stock, with a ten foot pole. When somebody finally bought a tidbit experimentally, then it jumped up to the "post RS" value(and of course, fizzled and then died shortly thereafter, as most POS reverse split damaged stocks do).
